Manchester United have been marked down as the club in the most favorable position in the long chase of Tottenham star Toby Alderweireld this summer.
Jose Mourinho is known to be not completely satisfied with the options which are at his disposal in the Red Devils’ defence as he looks to challenge for the Premier League title next year.
Alderweireld, a $99,000-a-week star, is yet to make a decision over his future at Tottenham, even though he is believed to be seeking a lucrative move to another club where he can earn more than his current wages in London.
As per a report by Tutto Mercato Web, Manchester United are the clear favorites to snap up the former Ateltico Madrid defender.

Alderweireld is with the Belgium national team in Russia for the World Cup at the moment and he is expected to finally decide on his next move when he returns to England.
