The Premier League giants Manchester United have reportedly pinpointed Zinedine Zidane as a possible replacement for Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho.
The Red Devils are currently preparing for their third season under Mourinho, but the Portuguese tactician has recently suggested that he is growing frustrated with his side’s efforts in the transfer market.
Jose has also failed to last longer than three seasons in his last three roles and according to the British tabloid newspaper The Sun, Manchester United have already started to put eventuality plans in place.
The report states that Zidane would become the Old Trafford side’s top target should Jose Mourinho leave the Premier League giants, with the Frenchman obtainable after departing from La Liga side Real Madrid earlier this summer.

Zinedine is currently taking a break after his trophy-laden spell at the Santiago Bernabeu, but taking over at Manchester United in the future would likely appeal to the 46-year-old manager.
Frenchman became one of three coaches, alongside Carlo Ancelotti and Bob Paisley, to win the European Cup three times, while also becoming the first coach to win the title in three consecutive campaigns.
